It will be better to report those bug with the 'dev' profile and
CFLAGS="-O2 -g -ggdb3", but I am guessing that it is not the problem
here. I think you are missing this line in your
$PREFIX/etc/enlightenment/sysactions.conf :
action: gdb gdb
