You know that Enlightenment has a support to run application on screen
lock and screen unlock, in the Settings/Apps/Screen Lock Applications
and Settings/Apps/Screen Unlock Applications. I was lazy when I
implemented it, so you need to write a .desktop file that do what you
want, but it is there exactly for that purpose.
