Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, this does not work if the shelf is
not in your Display.
At least, it did not work for me. The only way to get a Shelf to show up is
to be on the same display as the shelf when you do the above.
It's typically not a problem, but if you lose a display and your self was on
it, then there seemed to be no way to access/remove the display unless you
do a config file hand edit like above.
Apparently I'm the only one who's ever been bitten by this yet, but Raster
noted it :)
