Honestly the best advice I can give is dive right in! When you have
questions you can post them here or alternatively in the EFL development
section <http://forums.bodhilinux.com/index.php?/forum/44-development/> of
the Bodhi forums. While you are waiting for formal tutorials the examples
folder in the python EFL
git<http://git.enlightenment.org/bindings/python/python-efl.git/tree/examples/elementary>is
a great place to learn how some modules work (it is a bit comment
light
though and overly complex in parts).
