Mmm, no , I did not enter a path "by hand"
I did exactly :
- clicked on Personal (I have checkd later that I was in
- /home/xxxx/.elementary/themes
- then up direcotory up to /home/xxxx
- then /home/xxxx/Download
- the select the .edj , then click apply
