Open the src/Makefile_Edje.am file, and find this line:
bin_edje_edje_cc_LDADD = $(USE_EDJE_BIN_LIBS)
Add -ldl after $(USE_EDJE_BIN_LIBS):
bin_edje_edje_cc_LDADD = $(USE_EDJE_BIN_LIBS) -ldl
Run autogen.sh and make.
