Hi all. For a while, there's been in: Settings ==> Gadgets ... an 'available layers' config page. Is this working? Specifically, does the overlay layer do anything? If so, are there any tips on using it? I've attempted to configure it, and set up a keyboard shortcut to activate it, but it doesn't seem to work for me.
