Thanks for the information.

I have tried with both my own prompt (which uses prezto) and the system default
zshrc (attached) without success though. Still, when I call bash, the tab title
is populated.

I have noticed that I do not have a PROMPT_COMMAND variable set, what would be
the best way to do that?

Regarding phab... I haven't managed to register an account yet... sorry!
