no it's not. it's as much programming as writing

i think he wants to select a video file. we just have no support in e for that.
you can make "animated backgrounds" by making edj files that list a series of
images and "flip them". the e bg code also supports animated gifs. but no
video. i just never bothered. i was waiting until we guarantee the bg can be in
gl (as of e18 that is the case) and since then i just simply have never
bothered to write the code to use emotion to do that. just haven't had the time.
