Hardware: 1st gen i7 and Mobility Radeon HD 4670 (RV730/M96-XT)

Software: e-0.19.4, efl-1.13.1, elementary-1.13.1, xorg-server-1.16.4,
mesa-10.3.7-r1, kernel-3.18.12

Performance: I have CPU% hovering between 6.4 and 12.9 for enlightenment, as
shown in top and without moving my mouse or changing focus between windows.
This is all without running any applications, other than gkrellms and a number
of gadgets (temp, CPU, clock, battery). Switching to Pager Plain, with Live
Preview enabled, I can't see a difference. Switching Live Preview off, I see
a small difference, i.e. from 12.9% it drops to 9.6%.

If I play a video with mpv at 1024x576 yuv420p on my 1920x1080 laptop monitor
I see 35% CPU and if I start moving the mouse this jumps to >40%.

The cooling fan is kicking in more frequently than it used to, but I can't
confirm if this started with the e19, or xorg, or kernel updates.

HTH.
