It's not set in stone, and this is the point at which to discuss anything that is wrong or missing there. Please note that this shouldn't turn into some legal nitpicking and bickering. It's not a set of laws that will land you in a noose. It's meant to indicate how people should behave as a user (if they want to participate in forums) and as a developer.
