outage. if it continues and happens often - sure. time to move the lists. the
problme in moving a list ius everyone has filters and moving everyone means
everyone on the list having to adapt filters. thats a lot of busy work. it has
to be justified with sufficient problems. we ONLY use their lists and the lists
have been good to us over the years and this is a rare hiccup.
