I'm not running Ubuntu, but I checked out the ppa:

https://launchpad.net/~niko2040/+archive/ubuntu/e19

It shows the last build 17 weeks ago -- and nothing yet for the 16.04 
release. E20.6 is available for Ubuntu 15.10. Looks like the packager 
has not caught up with 16.04 and/or is preparing the recently released 
E21 for it.
