after a trial with smooch (thanks bu5hm4n) ... i've moved the chat button on
http://www.enlightenment.org to use kiwiirc and clicking on it (and just
hitting start) gets you onto #e with a randomly chosen memorable nick name.

this means this is now available to more people (not just those using slack
AND/OR joining the specific slack irc server), and its far simpler to use (no
having to join a channel per user and do /sk xxxx before every message).

it's a reasonable www irc client with tab completion, nick color hilighting etc.

i'd like to get rid of the whole start page, but this is a limitation of using
kiwiirc's hosted irc service. we can host our own to get around this. so maybe
in the future do this to streamline it a bit, but let's wait until our servers
are fixed up before running more services.

i hope this will work in lowering the barrier of entry between people and
community and getting more of an exchange going as having people install an irc
client just to chat to us (find one, download, configure) probably is a bit
much.
