I was able to upgrade to e21 (0.21.5-1 debian/experimental).
Certain applications like chrome or gthumb try to do their own window
decorations management.
With e17, I could select window properties, and there was a window
borders option to force borders.
With e21, window border option is present on windows that allow borders,
and it's gone on windows that do their own border management (it was
there before in e17).
Is there a way to get it back, or is it intentionally gone?
