Hi all, me again, sorry to bother with this again. I just found something I have completely forgotten about, there was already a module for this!!!
I't called comp-scale: https://git.enlightenment.org/enlightenment/modules/comp-scale.git However, it kinda looks dead, having the latest "code" update back in 2013 (with some translations added later).
