Hi! I've been using entangle for a while and must say, WOW! A great tool!
It has been very useful and it helped me to improve the quality of my work.
With so many options in a DSLR setup sometimes you can't find the right setup
for a shooting session, entangle let's you find it easily. It could be improved
by a better user interface, perhaps separating the options list into tabs. It
would be a lot easier to find the most important options.
Also a setup saving would be a great improvement. Then you could sleect
previous setups for similar works without having to remember everything you
have to change.
It's just a suggestion, entangle is great the way it is right now. I've been
thinking about setting up a Raspberry pi with a small lcd running linux to
have a portable setup for the field. A 7 inches lcd would let me see details
that I cannot see on the camera lcd. Besides, with some additional functions
(like bracketing or time-lapse) entangle running on a Raspberry PI could turn
into a valuable gadget for every photographer.
Thank you for this app! I've been recommending it for my friends, but first I
have to convinve them to switch to Linux... Some are very stubborn about this!
;)
