It looks like there are two bugs here - first libgphoto2 is raising
an error - which is what we want to find out about. When entangle
is handling the error though, it core dumps - this is because
libgphoto2 changed the API for its error handling callbacks, but
does not appear to have changed the library soname. Hence I never
noticed that the API change. I'll look at doing a new build to fix
the core dump, so we can at least find out the real error from
libgphoto2

You need the gdk-pixbuf2-devel RPM - simplest is actually just to
run  'yum-builddep entangle' (that command is in yum-utils RPM if
you don't already have it installed)
