With Nikons you can control how large the jump in focus is from 1-1024. With Canons you can control how large the jump in focus is from 1-3. We didn't need the level of granularity the Nikons offer, so I've just restricted things to a coarse, medium, fine step size for both Canon and Nikon. I've only wired up coarse/medium forwards/backwards to hot keys though.
