The bug shows that entangle is invoking yelp-check during its
build process, and that is then using networking. This command
is not part of entangle so its behaviour isn't under our
control. So IMHO the bug needs to be reassigned to yelp to
request that it not try to use networking, but instead use
an offline copy of its RNG files
