It does work flashes for 10 seconds which is good to know, thanks again.
Thanks everyone else for the info too re. switch priorities. One last question, when upgrading a 2 x C2 switch stack C2 stack to the latest C2 fw 05.03.02.0010 (from memory), the manager came up quickly but the 2nd switch took ages to come up about 24 minutes each of the 48 ports took exactly 30 seconds to light up. Any idea why this might happen and is it likely to be indicative of an imminent switch failure? None of the other switches or stacks I¹ve upgraded have shown the same behaviour. Nick.
