No they don't work at all. There is a setting in RASM that allows you to configure the type of antenna that you are connecting the AP to. Either internal or external. The antennas that I have tried, never switch over when you make that change and deploy it. I think at one time I heard someone say something about the antenna required to have a dc coupler. However, I am not sure I know what that means and how to determine if an antenna has that or not.

When you say they don't work, do you mean very poor performance? I noticed all antennas that are supported by 1602 are 50 ohms, could it be possible that the antennas you tried were not 50 ohms?
