My 2 cents. . . We are running the newest code available from Enterasys( 7.0.7.3) with no problems since its release in January.
We use a RADIUS server to tie back into Active Directory. Not sure, but I think that is the only way. The Roamabout switch doesn't really do AD authentication directly. You can assign users to VLAN's based on the SSID they are associated to. My first personal task is the Roam About wireless switch. I want to know its features and find what I can do with it. I´m here to ask where can I find documentation describing its features. First target: - What is the recomended firmware to use? - How can I integrate the authentication of the users with my Windows Active directory? - Can different users be in diferent vlan? For now its it. When I get more information I can do more specific question. Thanks.
