Hi, One of my customers wants to upgrade from Netsight Atlas 2.1 (as well as IM) to Netsight 3.1.3, and since I'm way out of date on this, I would appreciate any advice/gotcha's on the upgrade process. He's using a Windows Server platform, though I'm not such what exactly.
He has a single user-written flexview which he can take a backup of. He's asked me : I downloaded an eval copy to test on a test server. Before I start I just wanted to know if I can copy templates from the current 2.1 installation to the 3.1.3 version. I want to ensure we can get the same info aftre the upgrade.
