The context applies to the router ARP data.  The MIB that you want is 
dot1qPortVlanTable.

it is the VLAN to port mapping information that I am trying to obtain.
I am already picking up the mac tables o.k so I must have the snmp 
community context's configured o.k.

I am beginning to think I may be using the wrong mib numbering.
