I have just uploaded a new firmware image to a G3G170-24 running fw
rev 6.03.00.0022. After the upload was complete but before the CRC
verification I received the following error message:
soc_counter_thread unit = 0: DMA did not finish buf32=0x2797ce4

I see in the release notes for fw rev 6.03.01.0008 that a DMA message
issue was fixed.

I have not yet made 6.03.01.0008 the active image, or reset the
switch. The G3 is not yet in production.

Is this likely a stray bogus message, or should I be concerned?

Thanks in advance
