The only thing that would be available would be spanning tree to do this. If I understand right, Flex Link leaves one L2 connection down and passes data on the primary link. When the primary goes down, the backup takes over and keeps working even if the primary comes back up.
You could get close to this by using rapid spanning. This would not do the MAC move, and the MACs would have to be learned. The main difference I see between these two scenarios is the speed of convergence. You could perhaps adjust the spanning tree timers to achieve a faster convergence. The S-series offers the ability to set the timers for a pair of ports different than the rest of the switch. I think we are talking about seconds for the difference. I think you could get a failover to occur within 5 seconds using the info above including the newly learned MAC information. Hope this helps.
