Hello, Is your VNS enabled? (VNS Configuration => WLAN Services => select your WLAN name => WLAN Services tab) From this screen you can also check to see if your AP is enabled for Radio 1 and/or Radio 2. Both the VNS and a Radio need to be selected before you will see them in the graphic you provided.
