Could you please call in and open a ticket and then have your issue escalated 
directly to me (Jason Parker)?
Please include a
show support and a current.log (if unsure on what to do then we can assist you 
when you call in)

Could you also mention to the tech when calling in :
Switch type (C3/C2/C5-12x-xx(PoE)
Firmware (also in the show support but they can update the information in the 
case)
Is there any linkflapping/port bouncing occurring during the event?
How often is this issue seen?
What is connected to the port and is there a link issue with the port?
show port status ge.1.12
show port advertise ge.1.12
show mac port ge.1.12

Would you consider a debug image if available?
