Could you also mention to the tech when calling in : Switch type (C3/C2/C5-12x-xx(PoE) Firmware (also in the show support but they can update the information in the case) Is there any linkflapping/port bouncing occurring during the event? How often is this issue seen? What is connected to the port and is there a link issue with the port? show port status ge.1.12 show port advertise ge.1.12 show mac port ge.1.12 Would you consider a debug image if available?
