Hi,
This could be a bug or hardware failure.
Can you send the log part of the "show support" command-line or the best choice
the current.log file.
copy logs/ current.log tftp://<tfptpserverIP>/current.log
In a stack environment the commands above are interesting :
show switch stack-ports
show switch stack-ports <unit id> debug
A new firmware is available, C3-Series - Version 6.42.10.0016 :

Don't forbade that GTAC can help you.

Also it should be interesting to split the stack in two parts to identify which
device potentially generate this behavior, then split again, etc. This could be
a unit, stack-port, stack wire, failure.

Hi guys
I have a stack of 5 C3 switches running the following software Fw:06.42.05.0001.
With 2 uplinks configured as a LAG.
Once a week this stack loses connectivity to the core.
The only way to restore it is to reboot the stack.
I am fairly new on Enterasys. I need to know what might be the issue.
Thank you for all you help in advance.
Regards
Tshepo
