You should toggle dip switch 8. It will clear admin password. As stated in the I/O Module Hardware Installation Guide<http://www.enterasys.com/support/manuals/n-s.html#S>'s Mode Switch Bank Setting chapter, switches #1-6 are reserved for Enterasys use only, switch #7 is used to clear NVRAM, and switch #8 is used to clear the admin password.
