We use Panduit enclosures that were originally purchased for use with Cisco
AP’s (although we’ve subsequently bought a great deal more) with some self
tapping screws and a sheet metal punch we can fairly easily mount the 3610’s in
there. Depending on the location we’ll either mount a terrawave external
antenna on the outside of the enclosure, or we’ll mount the AP close to the
side and just leave the rabbit ears sticking out the side (using the sheet
metal punch to make clean holes in the right spots)

It’s a little extra work, but the results are good I think.

Subject: [enterasys] Aesthetic, Inexpensive Wall Enclosures?

We have a new residential building scheduled to open in June of this year, and
I'm looking for an attractive surface-mount wall enclosure that can secure/hide
my 3610 APs. The best option I've found so far is the Oberon 1032-00, but the
planning committee was less than impressed with the looks (e.g., "Why isn't the
lid flat?"). Can't say I disagreed.

Has anyone found something that looks great & works well for the 3610s?
