Jay, We recently went with Avaya phone on our (mostly) Enterasys environment. We've outsourced the phone support for now but the company we are working with has suggested NetIQ to monitor the VoIP environment. I haven't seen it in action yet, so I can't say anything good or bad about it. I'd also be interested in hearing what products others are using.
