The multicasting is working now. I double checked the settings and everything was good. MDT was not properly creating the multicast session in WDS. We did a test run using an alternate method and the multicasting worked properly. Was a system issue this time, not the network!

IGMP snooping is enabled on the S3 and the G3 and IGMP appears to be enabled on the S4.
