There was an issue recently posted on this mailing list pertaining to similar 
issues with Policy Manager if the client had SNMP redirect enabled.   

 

The issue has been verified as resolved, and an official GA release of 
4.3.0.96, has been posted to the Enterasys extranet. The release is now 
currently available for download under the NetSight software download section. 

 

 

To verify if the client has SNMP redirect enabled, please navigate to 
Tools->Client Connections and view the SNMP Redirection option.

am pretty sure GTAC had to look on one of our network folks machine to make 
some adjustments. Afterwards I don't think they could get it to crash.  Not 
sure what they did and am out for the rest of the day.  I do know on my OSX10.6 
box it crashes almost as soon as it finishes loading.
