We are using HP branded copper 10G leads to connect between our C7000 Flex-10 interfaces and some C5K124-24 switches (Length must be about 5m. It works fine. I am planning to do the same to connect another C7000 Chassis to an SSA switch. I'd be interested to know the result of your experience.

We have three chassis and two are close to the switch and link up fine with 3M cables, but the 10M cables will not link with the third chassis. Not sure if there is a length limitation of the HP Flex-10 (virtual connect). I wanted to try HP 7M twinax, but according to GTAC their switches will not recognize other vendors SFPs. Thanks.
