[enterasys] Matrix X4, XM8-01 Module

Hello Guys,

 

I have two X4 series (CM firmware version 02.00.1; uptime 497 Day.)In both
are one XM8-01 Modules.

In both X4-Switch this IOM-Modules crash at the same Time!

 

After reboot the System Chassie, the XM8-01 start initialize…..but don´t
come up. 

I must plug out the Module, because the whole Switch don´t work.

I test the Module in slot 3 with same result: start initialize…. and that’s
it.

 

Anyone have an idea what´s happened.
