Hi Simon,

If you click on a Cisco device under Network Elements in InvMgr,
under "Image Information" tab on the right, what is selected under
"MIB and Scripts Overrides" for Firmware Download and Configuration MIB?

Also:
Please check the NetSight Help and do a search under "Search All Topics"
for "Device Family Definition Files", the 1st result should be "How to Set
Up Third-Party Device Support". That is where everything is described.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Markus
