Hello David,

the configuration looks fine, but it is possible that the N7 uses a
different IP address than you expect it to use.

Did you configure a default management address (set ip interface), or is
the N7 using the outgoing interface IP? Did you enter this IP address in the
TACACS+ server?

You write that you did not see any packets from the N7 at the TACACS+
server, did you filter on the IP address you wanted the N7 to use?

If you ping the TACACS+ server from the N7, what IP address does the N7
use? Is it the same you entered in the TACACS+ server?
