Hi,

that looks like either NetSight does not think it has SNMP write access
to the switch, ot that there actually is no SNMP write access configured
on the switch.

You can check the NetSight side via the device access table.

On the switch you can use "show snmp group", "show snmp user", and
"show snmp community" to check.

You should have a device access profile with write credentials configured
in NetSight, and the same credentials configured on the switch.
