Thanks for the feedback, Please note, I was already running c3-series_06.61.13.0006 . I rolled back to c3-series_06.61.07.0010 this firmware just to test the theory as a possible fix I found on the internet clearly this did not help, now it has me thinking maybe the hardware board has been affected physically to a point that it is not able to provide/deliver P.O.E as we had a surge that spiked on multiple devices this lead to the switches being affected.

That being said, I would also updated the firmware to the latest available (6.61.13.xxx I think), then check again.
