Apache virtual hosts and suexec are configured differently in Debian/Ubuntu
compared to other (e.g. some rpm-based) distros.
"Virtual hosts need to be specified in
/etc/apache2/sites-available/<vhost>.conf and that file must include the guts
of the configuration in /etc/apache2/conf-available/<vhost>.conf.
The scripts of the open source systems mgnt framework zoom (zsetenvironment and
zmkvirtualhost) that allows the creation of one or more virtual hosts in a
matter of seconds, could be updated."
In accordance with Mike I close the ticket (by setting it to invalid)
