Given that the patch in question was applied to 2.4.10 and Yakkety is at
2.4.18, we are Fix Released in the development release. We should
consider updated Precise/Trusty's apache2 with the patch as committed
upstream (although note there is also a 2.4.10 version in backports for
Trusty).
