Not sure exactly when it changed, but on xenial, the pmi schema seems to
work fine. Tested:

 - adding the provided LDIF directly: ldapadd -H ldapi:// -Y EXTERNAL -f 
/etc/ldap/schema/pmi.ldif
 - including the schema in a slapd.conf file
 - converting pmi.schema to LDIF and adding that to slapd

and all were successful.
