mydumper 0.9.1 hangs when mysql time out.
Last log show these lines:

`***********`.`port_supports_historiques`
2017-03-01 00:04:47 [INFO] - Thread 3 dumping data for
`***********`.`port_titres`
Only 1 thread is still connected, and no statement is running.
On mysql side, the log show these events :
