New question #675904 on apache2 in Ubuntu: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+question/675904
I have discovered a widespread crime syndicate that is using ubuntu for committing a scam to rob people using free ebook downloads to collect credit card and steal money by defrauding people. I have found several sites that they use to get people to sign up for a free trial by entering their credit/debit card info This is one of them >https://allbookserve.org/downloads/no_place_like_home_twisted_tales_from_the_yellow_brick_roadthe_road_home.pdf I discovered that this google search hit goes to a different site every time it is clicked on, one of which when shortened to the base url brought me directly to ubuntu. https://allbookserve.org/downloads/no_place_like_home_twisted_tales_from_the_yellow_brick_roadthe_road_home.pdf https://allbookserve.org goes directly to ubuntu. somebody is using your webserver to scam people out of millions of dollars each year. Please help put a stop to them by removing them and/or reporting them to the authorities. -- You received this question notification because your team Ubuntu Server/Client Support Team is an answer contact for apache2 in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~enterprise-support Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~enterprise-support More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
