Manfred Hampl posted a new comment: The lsb_release command shows that you are running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS The apache2 package that you have installed is version 2.4.56-1~deb11u2 from the Debian bullseye repository The version string returned from the apache program is Apache/2.4.57 (Debian) This information is contradictory and does not make any sense to me. I am lost and cannot help.
