Just a quick note that we've posted an update on add-on signing on the
Add-ons Blog -

We'll be pushing back the removal of the pref that can disable signing,
and will be targeting the release of Firefox 46. We also intend to keep
the preference that disables signing enforcement in the Firefox ESR
builds, and the preference will remain in the new ESR build based on
Firefox 45.
