I appreciate you feel that the changes are minimal but with one of the previous 
ESR updates, all that was changed was a registry key and it ended up breaking 
several of applications that continued to look in the old registry key 
location.  It can take time to coordinate with vendors to have them make 
changes and finding out that needs to happen after the ESR has gone production 
creates delays in moving to the latest ESR.  I wish you would reconsider 
releasing a ESR Beta.

We are not planning to do a beta version of ESR.
Differences are minimal and the two versions will be very similar.
