Unless I've missed something, any "whole number" ESR release - that is, one with the same release number as a mainline release, should be the same patch notes as the corresponding mainline release, and will for the most part be identical to the mainline release at release time. They diverge later as mainline keeps getting feature releases and ESR only gets the corresponding security updates for the duration of the ESR cycle.
